Mission Statement: As like-minded competitors, the WSGBCA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team exists to provide resources and education for the growth of our coaches and student-athletes. We strive to empower them and use their platform to create change through unity, awareness, and advocacy.  Our goal is to equip our coaches and athletes with the resources and confidence to take action in the areas of social justice, anti-racism, equity and inclusion in our programs, school communities and society.
